HYROX training built for performance, not entertainment.

Standard Performance gives HYROX athletes a clear path: structured programming for independent training, or semi-private coaching for athletes who want eyes on every rep and race-focused preparation.

No challenges. No gimmicks. Just disciplined preparation for race day.

Athletes performing HYROX style training in a performance facility

A training environment built around standards, pacing, and repeatable performance — not random WODs.

Fit matters more than motivation.

This is a HYROX coaching system for athletes who respect structure, coaching, and honest standards. It is intentionally not for everyone.

This is for athletes who:

  • Are training for their first HYROX and want a clear, progressive plan.
  • Want structure instead of guessing workouts week to week.
  • Care about pacing, technique, and repeatable race performance.
  • Respect coaching, feedback, and objective standards.
  • Are willing to train with intent 3–4 days per week.

This is not for people who:

  • Treat HYROX like a casual bootcamp or social class.
  • Want random high-intensity workouts with no structure.
  • Are not prepared to train consistently for at least 8–12 weeks.
  • Ignore technique, pacing, and coaching cues.
  • Want quick fixes, transformations, or entertainment.

If you are unsure whether you belong here, this is likely not the right environment for you.

Program-Only HYROX Training

These programs are structured systems, not random workouts. Results require consistency.

In-Person Semi-Private HYROX Coaching

For athletes who want coaching in the room, standards enforced, and sessions run with precision. This is a training environment, not a class.

  • 1–4 athletes per group — small enough for real coaching.
  • 3–4 coached HYROX sessions per week.
  • Structured programming aligned with your race calendar.
  • Live technical feedback on running, stations, and transitions.
  • Objective performance standards enforced every session.

This is semi-private performance coaching — not group fitness.

Investment

$649 per athlete (monthly)

Pricing reflects true semi-private coaching with low ratios, planned progression, and consistent oversight — not volume-based group training.

Applications are reviewed to ensure fit. If approved, you will be invited to secure a spot and schedule start dates.

If you are not prepared to show up, train with intent, and hold a standard, in-person coaching is not a fit. Choose a program instead.

Questions, answered directly.

If your question is not covered here, the safest assumption is that this is not the right environment for you.

Can beginners do this?

Yes. Beginners are welcome if they are prepared to train consistently and follow structure. The 4-week Beginner Program is the best entry point. In-person coaching is suitable for beginners who are coachable and committed.

Do I need HYROX experience?

No prior HYROX race is required. You should, however, have basic familiarity with training and be able to move safely in a gym environment. The training is built to prepare you for the demands of HYROX from the ground up.

What if I miss sessions?

For in-person coaching, missed sessions are not refunded or carried forward. Programs will outline how to adjust if you need to move sessions, but the standard is to plan your week around your training times.

Is this customized?

Programs are pre-built systems with clear progression. In-person coaching adapts within that structure based on how you move, respond, and progress — but it is not fully bespoke personal training for one person.

Can I switch programs later?

Yes. You can purchase another program at any time if your level or goal changes. There are no upgrades, downgrades, or credits between programs — each is a separate product.

How do I know if in-person coaching is right for me?

If you need accountability, value direct feedback, and are ready to commit for at least 3 months, apply. If you are unsure about that level of commitment, start with a program.

Choose how you want to prepare.

Both paths demand effort. One gives you structure to execute on your own. The other puts you in the room with coaching and standards every week.

Train on your own with a program

Choose the program that matches your level and timeline, then execute with discipline.
